HOLY CRAP, That Ginormous Sweet Potato Looks Like A Pancreas!

I went to by my local Farmers Market early this morning, 
stopped at a stand and saw this ginormous sweet potato 
and was like:

"HOLY CRAP! 
THAT GINORMOUS SWEET POTATO LOOKS LIKE A PANCREAS!"

It totally does - and now you can't unsee it.

And then I bought it for a whopping 50 cents.
You read right - it cost 50 freaking cents!

It really is ginormous & weighs 3 pounds.
It's bigger than my face. 
And someone @ the farmers market has the pic to 
prove it!

Also, I have no idea how long to bake because, WOW.

I bought these strawberries, too because DAMN!
